What will your responsibilities be in this role?
As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth by developing new client relationships, managing existing accounts, and promoting our range of refrigerated vehicle rental solutions across the UAE.
You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting the company’s commercial strategy.
This position requires a valid UAE driving license, as regular client visits and field activities are an essential part of the role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development
Identify and approach new business opportunities within the UAE market.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
Conduct regular field visits to meet clients, present company solutions, and negotiate commercial offers.
2. Account Management
Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, quotations, and after-sales service.
Monitor customer needs and propose tailored solutions to enhance partnership value.
3. Sales Administration
Prepare quotations, contracts, and sales proposals in coordination with the commercial and administrative teams.
Ensure accurate data entry and follow-up in CRM systems.
Track orders and deliveries, ensuring smooth coordination with logistics and operations teams.
4. Market Monitoring and Reporting
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
Provide regular reports on sales activity, performance indicators, and forecasts to management.
Contribute to marketing campaigns and promotional events when required.
5. Team Collaboration
Work closely with the operations and finance departments to ensure client satisfaction and efficient service delivery.
Share field insights and client feedback to help optimize sales strategy and customer experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in a sales or business development role, preferably in a B2B or logistics/rental environment.
Driving License: Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi, Arabic or French language is an advantage).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
Ability to work independently, with a results-oriented and customer-focused mindset.
Flexibility to travel within the UAE for client meetings and business opportunities.
