Is this the role for you?
As an Account Executive – Hybrid Workplace, you’ll play a key role in driving new business growth across Ricoh’s Connect & Collaborate, Workspace Management, Digital Signage and Smart Workplace Solutions.
This is a true hunter/farmer role, where more than half of your pipeline is generated through proactive engagement with new and existing customers. You’ll work closely with pre‑sales, technical and delivery specialists within your Sales Pod to qualify opportunities, design solutions and deliver commercially strong proposals.
You’ll engage confidently with C‑suite leaders, business stakeholders and technology specialists, helping customers achieve measurable transformation through a mix of Professional Services, Managed Services, Procurement Services and technology solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively generate and grow a strong new business pipeline, maintaining a rolling minimum 3x annual target
- Identify customer challenges and design commercially viable Hybrid Workplace solutions that deliver real business value
- Build high‑quality proposals aligned to customer outcomes across collaboration, workplace technology and digital services
- Manage opportunities, forecasting and pipeline governance through CRM with discipline and accuracy
- Work collaboratively across Ricoh sales, marketing, vendor and delivery teams to accelerate sales velocity
- Achieve sales revenue and margin targets while driving customer retention and growth
To be successful in this role:
About you
You are a confident, commercially driven Account Executive who thrives on proactive engagement and solution‑led selling.
You bring:
- 5+ years’ experience in quota‑carrying AV, IT or digital solutions sales
- A proven track record of building 50%+ of your own pipeline through proactive prospecting
- Experience selling complex solutions across technology, services or managed offerings
- Strong commercial skills across business case development, negotiation and closing
- The ability to engage both technical and non‑technical decision makers with confidence
- A disciplined, organised approach to pipeline management and forecasting
