Work You’ll Do:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team in NCR Delhi, focused on selling Injection molding machines, to potential clients in the region. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their specific requirements. This role requires technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the injection molding industry.

Job Description:

  • Identify and target potential customers within the NCR Delhi region who have a need for injection molding machines and other capital goods.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive products.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
  • Acquire in-depth technical knowledge of the injection molding machines a offered by the company.
  • Stay updated on product enhancements and industry developments.
  • Translate technical specifications into customer benefits and value propositions.
  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their unique requirements and challenges.
  • Recommend suitable solutions that align with the client's needs and offer the most value.
  • Create customized sales presentations and proposals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Provide after-sales support and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Effectively manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies, including cold calling, product demonstrations, and negotiations.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts to the sales management team.
  • Set and achieve sales targets and quotas in alignment with company goals.
  • Monitor and report on progress toward meeting objectives.
  • Continuously work towards exceeding sales goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support, marketing, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the company's products.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in capital goods or Plastic Machinery.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering with Masters in Sales and Marketing
  • 8-10 Years Experience in Technical Sales of Capital Engineering Goods Ex. IMM, Elevator, HVAC, Crane Machinery, CNC etc.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software for managing leads and opportunities.
