What we're looking for
As a Solutions Consultant at Massive Rocket, you will be at the intersection of technology, strategy, and client engagement — shaping the future of how our clients leverage MarTech to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
You will architect scalable and impactful technical solutions tailored to client needs, act as a trusted advisor during pre-sales discussions, and play a key role in translating complex technical requirements into compelling proposals. Your deep understanding of marketing technologies, customer data infrastructure, and business goals will help clients realize value from their investments and accelerate growth.

Responsibilities:
1. Roadmap & Proposal Strategist
- Proactively identify new workstreams and convert business needs into actionable project requirements.
- Prioritize initiatives to ensure roadmaps align with strategic objectives and client goals.
- Maintain detailed, accurate, and predictable project timelines and roadmaps.
2. High-Level Architecture Design
- Lead technical discovery and requirement-gathering sessions with clients to understand their MarTech and data needs.
- Design high-level architecture that aligns with customer engagement, data flow, and scalability expectations.
- Evaluate and recommend technologies that align with client needs, including CDPs, CRMs, and Data Warehouses.
3. Solutions Specialist
- Actively participate in sales discovery calls, helping to shape solution strategy and technical vision.
- Support the development of Statements of Work (SoW), timelines, and resourcing plans for new opportunities.
- Improve win rates by delivering tailored, technically robust proposals that address both business and engineering challenges.
4. Escalation Management
- Serve as the escalation point for complex client issues, providing strategic and technical direction.
- Collaborate with internal delivery teams and stakeholders to ensure issue resolution and project continuity.
- Maintain client trust by consistently offering high-value guidance and support throughout the engagement lifecycle.

Required skills and Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in the MarTech, CRM, or Digital Marketing space, with a track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects.
- Proven ability to design and implement MarTech solutions using technologies such as Data Warehouses, CDPs, CRM platforms, Machine Learning engines, or Loyalty Systems.
- 2+ years in a leadership role, with experience mentoring and managing project or solution delivery teams.
- 2+ years of client-facing experience, showcasing strong stakeholder management, business acumen, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in developing strategic roadmaps, managing backlogs, and aligning technical work with broader business objectives.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with a proven ability to work across distributed global teams and produce high-quality documentation.
- Experience working in agency or consulting environments, with the ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple client engagements in parallel.
- Comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-moving, results-driven setting.
- Excellent command of English (C1 level) for clear communication across internal and client-facing contexts.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on knowledge of customer engagement technologies such as Braze, Snowflake, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of digital consumer engagement, marketing automation workflows, and data-driven personalization strategies.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum and experience in project management or delivery planning.
- Prior experience in supporting sales teams by developing proposals, estimates, and technical documentation.
