We are excited to invite a Sales Engineer to join our dynamic Sales Team at our Niel, Belgium location.

Your Role: As a Sales Engineer, you’ll play a key role in driving the sales of our innovative pneumatic conveying and weighing equipment within the food industry across your designated territory. You will collaborate closely with after-sales service teams and engage directly with customers to deliver tailored solutions. This role offers the opportunity to actively contribute to the growth of our business while building meaningful relationships with clients and industry partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of Coperion components within the food industry, helping clients optimize their operations.

  • Support after-sales teams in delivering excellent service and maintaining customer satisfaction.

  • Contribute to achieving business goals by working collaboratively with your team.

  • Assist in setting targets, tracking performance, and forecasting future opportunities.

  • Represent Coperion at trade shows, seminars, and presentations, showcasing our cutting-edge technology and solutions.

  • Work on closing deals, staying in touch with potential clients, and ensuring follow-up on leads in your region.

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales, ideally within capital goods or a technical industry.

  • Familiarity with production processes in the food or pharmaceutical sectors is a plus. Experience in bulk material handling would be a bonus.

  • Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
