The Sales Enablement Specialist is responsible for driving growth by supporting the full sales process and providing actionable insights to improve performance. This role will manage the quotation process from start to finish, generate new opportunities through Dodge Pipeline and IRR, support funnel management and reporting, and provide market and commercial analytics to guide strategy.

Key ResponsibilitiesQuotation Process Management
  • Own the start-to-finish quotation process including review, preparation, and submission of quotes.

  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with commercial and operational standards.

  • Collaborate with sales representatives, operations, and engineering to ensure customer requirements are met.

Sales Funnel Ownership
  • Identify and qualify leads using Dodge Pipeline, IRR, and other lead generation tools.

  • Maintain and track sales funnel activities, ensuring data accuracy within CRM systems.

  • Lead weekly specification and funnel review meetings, collaborate with Sales Reps to optimize funnel progression and identify barriers. Collect and analyze feedback from Regional Sales Managers on funnel quality and lead effectiveness.

  • Analyze firm level specification data, identify and communicate conversion opportunities to Regional Sales Managers and Sales Reps. Track projects for conversion confirmation.  Build pipeline of active design projects to target Zurn Elkay new product specifications.

Commercial Analytics
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.

  • Develop and deliver dashboards, reports, and presentations to inform sales leadership.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, in business, marketing or engineering.
  • 3+ years of experience within account management, commercial operations, and/or quotations.
  • Analytical, results-oriented, and comfortable driving process improvements.
  • Proven ability to own commercial tools and drive end-to-end funnel performance.
  • Strong communication skills with poise and influence across business functions.
