Primary Responsibilities
The Sales Enablement Analyst is responsible for supporting strategies to improve sales team effectiveness. This role will work cross-functionally with multiple departments to support the delivery of standardized processes, tools, and reporting.
What you’ll Do
• Support the rollout, adoption, and optimization of sales tools
• Monitor tool usage and effectiveness; identify gaps and recommend improvements
• Partner with Enablement leadership to operationalize data into playbooks and best practices
• Analyze pipeline health, win/loss trends, conversion rates, and sales cycle performance
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI) for sales leadership
• Provide insights that inform enablement priorities, training focus, and process improvements
• Support weekly/monthly sales reporting, KPI tracking, and executive reporting
• Ensure data quality and consistency across sales systems
• Partner with Business Development and Revenue Operations on initiatives
• Support enablement initiatives tied to onboarding, training, and sales process adherence
What Experience and Education You Need
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as: Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Sales, Management, or related disciplines
• 0–2 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, or a related analytical role supporting go-to-market teams, or successful completion of Americold’s internship program.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and create reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.

Physical Requirements
• Requires the ability to sit for long periods of time, with frequent interruptions
• Requires several hours per day of sitting, getting up and down from chairs, and reaching, or bending
• Requires manual dexterity with normal hand and finger movements for typical office work
• Talking, hearing, and seeing are important elements of completing assigned tasks
• May require travel by automobile and airplane for business
• May require visits to warehouse operations in temperatures at or below freezing
• May require carrying loads related to travel and the occasional lifting, carrying, positioning, and/or moving of objects weighing up to 20 pounds
• Requires the use of various electronic tools
