The Sales Director (Turkey) will be instrumental in driving Constructor TECH’s growth across Higher Education, government, and corporate sectors, driving growth in Turkey through direct sales and partnerships.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sales Strategy:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to expand into new markets, particularly government and corporate sectors.
- Identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell innovative products and services.
- Own and Drive Sales in Turkey (70% of workload):
- Expanding and diversifying the customer portfolio by recruiting net new customers in target sectors.
- Pipeline management and forecast process.
- Strengthening relationships with existing Higher Education clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Partnership Management and Acquisition (30% of workload):
- Recruit new partners, facilitate their onboarding, and provide enablement to drive pipeline generation and execute joint sales activities.
- Establishing and managing strategic partnerships to enhance market reach.
- Building alliances with government agencies, corporate organizations, and educational institutions.
- Market Intelligence:
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Providing actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Leading, motivating, and managing the sales team to achieve ambitious targets.
- Collaborating with product and marketing teams to align sales strategies with organizational objectives.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Setting sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Preparing detailed sales and progress reports for executive management.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Personality:
- Sales driven individual capable to work independently.
- Hard worker, who consistently exceeds expectations by taking extra-mile beyond core responsibilities.
- Possibility to travel (50% of time) to meet customers and partners F2F, present solutions and conduct demos, including events.
- Experience:
- At least 10 years of proven success in sales management, preferably in EdTech, technology, or related fields.
- Experience working with Higher Education clients; exposure to government and corporate sectors is a strong advantage.
- Customer-Centric Approach:
- A strong focus on understanding and meeting customer needs.
- Market Knowledge:
- Expertise in market analysis, with the ability to develop strategies for new and existing markets.
- Higher Education and Corporate Education sector knowledge.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales management platforms.
- Communication Skills:
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English is essential, native in Turkish.
- Industry Knowledge:
- Preferable experience in educational technology, Higher Education, or similar industries.
