Archrival is looking for a strategic and driven Business Development Manager to help us open new doors, start meaningful conversations, and fuel the next chapter of growth for our agency.As an Archrival Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for identifying and connecting with brands that align with our mission, uncovering their needs, and setting the stage for partnerships that make an impact. You’ll research, reach out, and build relationships that expand our network and opportunity pipeline, all while staying plugged into what’s shaping youth culture today.


YOUR IMPACT IN THE ROLE:

  • Generate new opportunities by identifying and connecting with key decision makers at brands that align with Archrival’s mission and capabilities.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects through a mix of outbound outreach, social selling, networking, and relationship building.
  • Partner with growth and creative teams to craft thoughtful, tailored outreach and proposals that reflect each brand’s unique challenges and ambitions.
  • Collaborate with growth and production teams to ensure smooth handoffs and alignment on priorities.
  • Stay plugged into youth culture by knowing what’s trending, what’s next, and how brands can authentically show up there.
  • Represent Archrival’s values in every interaction building trust, curiosity, and excitement in every conversation.
  • Support Archrival’s overall marketing efforts as needed. 

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Experience in outbound sales, business development, or agency new business generation (experience in creative, brand, or marketing industries is a plus).
  • You have a proven ability to research, identify, and connect with brand decision-makers at mid-market and enterprise levels.
  • You are a confident communicator, equally skilled at writing compelling outreach and having engaging live conversations.
  • You have a deep understanding of, and genuine interest in, youth culture, trends, and the brand landscape.
  • A self-starter with strong organizational skills who thrives on building and refining processes for outreach and follow-up.
  • You possess curiosity, and a growth mindset, you’re motivated by results and always looking for ways to improve and evolve.
  • You are a team player who celebrates wins together and contributes to a culture of collaboration and creativity.
