Your job at dentsu:
As an internal Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying and developing new media opportunities for our agency clients. You are a key strategic position between consultancy and client and skillfully position our innovative inhouse media products in our clients' strategies and briefings. You will be responsible for the introduction and presentations in day-to-day business, especially in an international context, and with your strong media expertise you will also support the operational team in the successful realization of individual projects.

Responsibility for EMEA (worldwide) market prospecting and media campaign proposals

Independent and strategic management of consulting and planning teams

Independent management of day-to-day business

Preparation of contractual project documents

Ensuring the flow of information - both bottom-up and top-down

Coordinating collaboration with media experts from different areas of the company

You will be responsible for creating decision papers, presentations, status reports, reports and project documentation

You are happy to pass on your media knowledge and are responsible for internal communication and internal training workshops
Your skills for dentsu:

Degree in marketing, communications, business administration or a related field
-
Experience in consulting, ideally in the media or advertising industry
-
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
-
Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and the ability to work quickly

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
-
Experience in working with CRM systems and other sales tools an advantage

Good German language skills
