We organise over 500 large-scale branded and transaction-oriented events in 14 specialist markets. These are typically not-to-be-missed annual events where buyers and sellers build relationships, see and show products and do business.

We also provide year-round online platforms where companies showcase their businesses and products and buyers conduct research, generating valuable leads, and we provide data and digital content that supports the flow of knowledge and transactions in markets.

Job Description

What we’re looking for: We are looking for a dynamic Sales Development Executive who will be responsible for identifying, developing and tracking new business opportunities. In this role, you will be expected to research potential clients, generate leads, and support the sales team in nurturing relationships with prospects. You will also be responsible for analyzing data and developing strategies to improve lead generation efforts.

Role Accountability and Duties:

  • Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including online research, social media, and market surveys
  • Contact and qualify leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication methods
  • Develop and maintain a database of leads and prospects for future reference
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead generation strategies
  • Analyze and report on lead generation metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for lead generation
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines


What you bring to the team:

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service
  • Strong communication skills via phone and email
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Proven, creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
  • Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM software preferred

Salary Range:

  • Competitive salary range: $65,000 - $75,00 plus benefits.
