Hourly Rate: $18 per hour
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Solutioning
Work closely with the client’s sales team to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable telecom solutions.
Prepare and deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and proposals tailored to prospective customers.
Assist in responding to customer queries with timely and accurate information.
Collaborate with the client’s technical teams to ensure the feasibility and customization of solutions.
Customer Success & Service Delivery
Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, requests, and issue resolution.
Manage onboarding of new customers and coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.
Track customer accounts, follow up on service requests, and ensure SLAs are met.
Handle escalations professionally, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
Collect and relay customer feedback to improve service quality and solution offerings.
Market & Product Knowledge
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the client’s product portfolio, telecom technologies, and market trends.
Provide insights to sales and technical teams on emerging customer needs and competitive positioning.

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to explain technical telecom solutions to non-technical clients.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Customer-first mindset with proven problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
