What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans, including product promotion, prospecting, and customer/distributor development, to meet monthly sales targets for Consumer and/or Commercial lines.

  • Prepare business proposals that balance profitability for both the company and customers.

  • Ensure compliance with trade policies and dealer advertising, optimizing resources to drive sell-in and sell-out activities.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis on pricing, strategies, new products, trends, and promotions within the assigned region.

  • Coordinate and implement marketing strategies with distributors to increase market share.

  • Lead sales force development and demand planning (forecasting) based on territory and customer needs.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; relevant experience in Sales may be considered.

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in sales roles.

  • Background in field sales, preferably within the tire industry or consumer goods sector.
