About the role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Sales Coordinator to optimize our customer relationship management strategies. The ideal candidate will analyze customer data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to enhance customer engagement, retention, and overall satisfaction. You will work closely with marketing, sales, and solutions teams to implement and evaluate sales strategies that align with our business objectives. 

In this role, you will:

  • Analyze customer data to uncover trends, behaviors, and opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare detailed reports and dashboards to track sales performance, including customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction metrics.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Maintain and enhance the CRM system to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Work with IT and other departments to resolve system issues and improve functionalities.
  • Collaborate with vendors for CRM system upgrades or customizations.
  • Support development of customer segmentation models to create personalized marketing and sales strategies.
  • Support marketing campaigns by analyzing target audiences and predicting outcomes.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to align CRM strategies with business goals.
  • Train team members on CRM tools and best practices.
  • Provide support in data migration, system integration, and new feature rollouts.
  • Troubleshoot issues experienced within the CRM and make system adjustments as needed.

We’re Excited About You Because:

  • 2+ years of experience in CRM analysis, marketing analytics, or a related role.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho, Clari)
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and techniques.
  • Knowledge of customer segmentation and predictive analytics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • You know how to track down the information you need.
  • You work hard, you work well with others, and you’ve got a positive attitude.
