Position Purpose: Responsible for providing auditing and tracking support to the Medicare Sales Leadership Team. This includes the oversight and responsibility of auditing all member, prospective member and agent interactions with the call center staff.
- Complete weekly report cards for Inside Sales and Agent Hotline.
- Develop consistent auditing metrics for call center staff utilizing call center software and Sentinel Elite.
- Create and maintain library of calls that can be utilized for training.
- Audit all inbound and outbound communications with members, prospective members and agents.
- Complete weekly call audits of external vendors.
- Make recommendations for process improvement and training opportunities.
- Create and present reporting based on auditing trends and findings.
- Work closely with leadership team to ensure consistency across the Medicare Sales department.
- Evaluate new hire readiness based on call audits.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education/Experience: Required A High School or GED
Preferred A Bachelor's Degree in a related field in a related field
Candidate Experience: Required 2+ years of experience in a call center
Required Other knowledge of customer service expectations related to quality and service
Required Other knowledge of HIPAA regulations:
Pay Range: $22.36 - $38.07 per hour
