We are currently building our team in Almaty and seeking highly motivated candidates to join us as Sales Analyst, who will support the sales team daily operations, like reporting management, preparation of events, webinars, managing correspondence, renewals processes, etc.   

The Sales Analyst, under guidance will develop, manage, and implement sales strategies, identifying potential customers, and cultivating existing customer relationships to close deals. Will also contribute to revenue growth through the effective implementation of sales initiatives and projects.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Assists with the implementation of sales operations initiatives such as customer relationship management, customer satisfaction programme, sales development and sales ops infrastructure projects. 

  • Assists the local sales function in opportunity management tracking, providing frequent reports on the sales cycle, reporting progress and highlighting potential “dangers” on opportunities.

  • Assists with client specific proposals and provides input to reports for the sales leadership and community. Coordinate sales ops activities/projects with other functions including service, consulting and business lines.

  • Provides program and project management support to document and coordinate deal processes and system rollouts, ensuring appropriate follow up on actions, leading to the seamless execution of plans.

  • May provide financial and commercial support on the client proposals and report according to sales leadership.

Key requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Min 1 year relevant sales/service or marketing experience

  • Fluency in Kazakh, Russian and English

  • MS Office fluent user (Excel, PPT, Word)

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Clear and concise communication skills.

  • Strong planning and organizational skills.

  • Relationship building skills and team-orientation
