The Role
The Revenue Operations Manager will lead market analysis, performance tracking, and strategic insights to support R2's growth initiatives across Latin America.
Summary Generated by Built In

At R2, we believe that small and medium businesses are the productive engine of society. Small and medium businesses (SMBs) make up over 90% of companies in Latin America, yet they face a trillion-dollar credit gap. Our mission is to unlock SMBs’ potential by providing financial solutions that are tailored to their needs. We are reimagining the financial infrastructure of Latin America - where SMBs financial needs are satisfied without ever having to go to a bank.

R2 enables platforms in Latin America to embed financial services that SMBs can then leverage (starting with revenue-based financing). We are a tight knit team coming from organizations such as Google, Amazon, Nubank, Uber, Capital One, Mercado Libre, Globant, J.P. Morgan. We are entering a new phase of growth following a strategic investment from Ant International, focused on rapidly expanding our partner footprint, strengthening our credit and underwriting capabilities, and scaling our operations across multiple markets.

We’re looking for a strategic and analytically driven operator to join R2’s Growth team — the engine behind our mission to drive profitable growth by deepening current partnerships, winning new ones, and expanding into new markets and product verticals. As RevOps Manager, you’ll own the analytical foundations that guide R2’s most strategic and commercial decisions across five countries in Latin America. You will combine data, financial analysis, and strategic insight to inform where and how R2 grows — leading market sizing, performance tracking, and business case development to support partner selection, new product initiatives, and expansion strategies.

This is a regional, high-impact role at the intersection of Strategy, Planning, and Growth — ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex problems, driving structure, and translating insights into action. You’ll work cross-functionally with R2’s Product, Risk, Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, Finance, and Data teams to ensure that every decision moves us closer to our growth and profitability goals.

Responsibilities

Market Sizing & Strategic Insights

  • TAM Estimation. Identify potential new partners in each of the countries and segments R2 operates in, and lead the estimation of the Total Addressable Market (TAM) for R2’s core and adjacent products across Latin America.
  • Partner Fit Analysis. Translate TAM insights into actionable recommendations to prioritize partners and opportunities, ensuring a balanced portfolio across geographies, products, and risk profiles.

Growth Performance & Enablement

  • Pipeline and Commercial Performance Tracking. Build and maintain a robust metrics framework to evaluate potential partners and monitor commercial pipeline performance, generating actionable insights that enable the Strategic Partnerships team to prioritize, target, and close high-impact opportunities more effectively. Monitor pipeline hygiene on HubSpot to ensure alignment, accuracy, and operational excellence across markets and strategic partnership managers work.
  • Partnership Performance Tracking. Design and track key success metrics such as GMV uplift, retention improvements, NPS, etc. to measure R2’s impact on partner ecosystems
  • Dashboards & Playbooks. Develop and continuously refine dashboards, playbooks, and reporting tools that enhance visibility, consistency, and decision-making across the Business Development and Strategic Partnerships teams.

Pricing and Monetization Strategy

  • Partner pricing and commercial strategy. Design and evaluate R2’s partner-facing monetization models to ensure sustainable, partner-level profitability. Assess the impact of changes to revenue share structures, incentives, and other commercial terms on unit economics and partner ROI
  • Merchant loan pricing strategy. Collaborate closely with Risk, Product, and Strategic Planning teams to align on pricing structures and frameworks to ensure R2’s revenue model remains competitive, scalable, and aligned with long-term growth objectives.

New Business Evaluation

  • Business Case Development. Build preliminary business cases and unit economics for potential partners, ensuring data-driven go/no-go decisions.
  • Growth & Expansion Initiatives. Elaborate business cases for launching new segments, products, or markets — supporting R2’s continued regional expansion.

Strategic Planning. Collaborate with the Strategic Planning team on:

  • Operating Plan Preparation. Prepare and maintain operating plans by partner and product, ensuring alignment with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Profitability & Unit Economics. Monitor and optimize unit economics at the partner level, evaluating the financial impact of new initiatives, pricing changes, or tariffs to drive sustainable profitability.
  • Business Reviews. Execute Business Reviews, monitoring performance against targets on originations, revenue growth, risk, and contribution margin, and coordinating follow-up actions to stay aligned with goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant, applied experience in RevOps, FP&A, planning, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or other equivalent finance/investing/consulting roles, and 2+ years working in a fast-paced startup/fintech environment
  • Excited to help R2 scale its mission to unlock financial access for SMBs across Latin America.
  • A builder at heart — someone who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments and takes ownership end-to-end.
  • Highly proficient in Excel and SQL. Experience creating and monitoring BI dashboards (e.g. Tableau) is a plus
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.

Location: Based in Argentina, Colombia, or Chile.
