About The Role:

Our Enterprise Team plays an integral role in supporting this mission by being a key driver in achieving our vision of becoming the go-to video platform for small to large organizations.

Reporting to the Head of Sales, as an Revenue Operations Lead at VEED, you will be a key member of our Enterprise Sales Team

What you will do

  • Be a trusted advisor to Commercial Leadership and support the delivery of KPIs, putting a framework in place to report, assess, and measure progress against them.
  • Action the design, development and delivery of pipeline management models, metrics, reports, and analysis to influence key business decisions across the Enterprise team
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success leadership to formulate and execute on go-to-market strategies, managing initiatives from ideation to execution
  • Ability to conduct sophisticated, detailed analysis and clearly communicate results through written and verbal channels
  • Identify opportunities to promote revenue including making recommendations and suggestions on GTM strategies
  • Identify opportunities to streamline the customer lifecycle
  • Identify opportunities to improve our operational efficiencies and spearhead efforts to scale and align the business
  • Continuously support the development of our tech stack, including gathering requirements, monitoring data hygiene, and implementing and documenting solutions to meet business needs
  • Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update Senior Marketing & Commercial Leadership, as well as other key stakeholders on progress, opportunities for improvement, and results

About you

  • Several years of experience in revenue operations, preferably in a B2B or SaaS company
  • Experience designing and delivering Revenue Performance Insights, Sales coverage modelling, Sales productivity, revenue reporting, forecasting and pipeline management
  • Experience working within a high-growth technology company would be beneficial
  • Self-motivated, action-oriented, multi-tasking individual with a great sense of urgency and follow-through
  • Comprehensive verbal and written communications skills as well as the ability to work effectively cross functionally and across regions
  • Motivated leader who is proactive and action-oriented
  • Proven ability to not only inform and formulate proposals, but also to guide the design and implement solutions that deliver towards cross functional efficiency.
  • End to end project management and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to think strategically, but also have great attention to detail to facilitate program management execution.

Also nice to have:

  • Experience within a product-led growth company
  • Experience using Hubspot and Lusha
  • Love of video and video editing

We are currently hiring in 4 core hubs: the UK, the Netherlands, Spain and Portugal and 2 additional hubs for sales and support roles only (USA for sales and the Philippines for support).
