Core Responsibilities
- Reconcile costs and revenues for campaigns on a monthly basis; support global regions as needed.
- Coordinate with publishers to validate and reconcile invoices, and manage discrepancy resolution.
- Prepare and control Intercompany Revenue and COGS, including Sales and Purchase Orders in SAP/S4 Hana.
- Support internal and external audits; ensure accuracy of accounting books for financial reporting.
- Review and validate Salesforce delivery data against publisher reports using data intelligence techniques.
- Design and implement automation workflows to replace manual reconciliation of revenues and costs across LATAM campaigns.
- Build and maintain data pipelines to integrate ERP (SAP/S4 Hana), Salesforce, and publisher data sources.
- Use AI tools to improve and automate processes: to detect discrepancies, anomalies, and billing errors proactively.
- Collaborate with IT and Engineering to develop and deploy scalable automation projects across the Finance Operations team.
- Build dashboards and reporting tools to provide real-time visibility of margins and performance.
Required Skills and Experience
- Experience in using Claude or similar AI tools to perform automation.
- Experience with AI tools for anomaly detection, pattern recognition, or predictive analytics.
- Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, macros/VBA, pivot tables, complex formulas).
- Familiarity with APIs and system integrations (ERP, CRM, publisher platforms).
- Knowledge of BI and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or equivalent).
- Working knowledge of revenue recognition and cost of goods sold (COGS) concepts.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, ideally SAP or S4 Hana.
- Ability to read, validate, and reconcile financial data and invoices.
- Understanding of P&L structure and intercompany accounting is a plus.
- Media & Advertising industry experience
