Research Trainee- Quantitative (12 months contract) 

South Jakarta 

This is an entry level role to the industry, which enables the individual to develop strong foundations in insights-based consulting. The responsibility is to learn the brand offer and ways of working to deliver efficient and timely support for clients. The role includes supporting the team to prepare questionnaires, presentations and reports, manage projects and engage clients, and provide support with Quantitative research methodology.

Key Outcome 

  • Accountable for the accurate and timely delivery of account outputs including data tables, critical metrics, presentations, reports and workshops – balancing own analysis and creation of deliverables with delegating within the team. 

  • Responsible for coordinating and monitoring accurate and timely delivery of scripts, charting, fieldwork and data provision from relevant departments 

  • Apply basic level of knowledge and understanding of your clients and their business in all interactions with clients.  

  • Contribute to formulation, articulation and validation of hypotheses to help build appropriate, relevant and impactful stories 

  • Translate data into insightful chart, deliver the interpretation and provide a basic point of view on specific client issues aligned with brand philosophies and has clear implications that will help clients make better decisions 

Key Capabilities 

  • Educated to degree level preferable in marketing or business 

  • Have a curious mind and can think out of the box 

  • Strong communications and presentation skills 

  • Strong organizational skills 

  • Demonstrate confidence and good interpersonal skills  

  • Familiar with data from various sources
