Research Executive 

 

About The Job 

 

Are you passionate about uncovering insights that shape the future of financial services and technology brands? As a Research Executive, you'll dive into the exciting world of market research and insights, working closely with industry-leading clients to solve real-world challenges. You'll collaborate with a dynamic team to deliver impactful insights that drive innovation and strategic decisions. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with data, enjoys problem-solving, and loves translating data into actionable strategies for clients. 

 

What You’ll Do  

 

Client Management 

Work closely with clients to understand their needs, build relationships through frequent interaction and manage expectations. 

 

Project Management 

Support the end-to-end management of research projects, from briefing to final reporting. Assist in maintaining timelines, budgets, and client communication. 

 

Project Design 

Assist in the development of proposals, apply appropriate research methodology and ensure high quality of research work through detailed checks of all materials. 

 

Report Preparation & Delivery 

Prepare research reports, presentations, and infographics that communicate key findings and support the creation of strategic recommendations. Participate in presentations and workshops with clients to deliver impact. 

 

Team Collaboration 

Work as part of a multidisciplinary team, contributing to brainstorming sessions and strategy development for clients. 

 

 Role Requirements & Capabilities 

  

  • Highly strategic and consultative, with a passion for brands and brand development. 

  • Experience or strong interest in working with external clients (both local and global) and delivering high-quality research outputs. 

  • A natural curiosity and eagerness to ask the right questions, dig deeper into data, and uncover insights others might miss. You should love exploring new trends, technologies, and ideas. 

  • Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner, both verbally and in writing. 

  • Strong quantitative research skills (experience with tools like Excel, SPSS, or other data analysis software is a plus). 

  • Excellent communication & presentation skills. 

  • Desire and commitment to driving the collective success of a team.
