For our Middle East team in Cairo, Kantar Insights is looking for a curious and data savvy Research Executive!

About the role:

As a Research Executive, you will be supporting the Account Managers and Account Director in successfully delivering Customer Experience research to the portfolio clients. You will partner with teams working on brand equity programmes and Innovation and brand analytics.

You will assist the team in building client relationships on pitches/proposals, leveraging sector expertise & insight. The primary responsibility is to provide day to day support to your team based in Dubai across a range of accounts across FMCG categories and create meaningful impact on our client’s businesses.

What you'll be doing:

  • Project management: Prioritize project requirements and delivery, determine tasks and actions for executive team, schedule and meet deadlines, brief support services, manage and evaluate project progress.
     

  • Project design & data collection: Provide research recommendations, apply quantitative research methodology and recommend Kantar Research Surveys products. Set standards of excellence, ensuring high quality through thorough checking procedures, conducting detailed checks of proposals, questionnaires, discussion guides, presentations.
     

  • Project output & reporting: Give advice on analysis techniques, on “finding the story”, finalizing and ensuring strategic content of conclusions and recommendations, always adding value to research results.
     

  • Client management: Acquire a clear understanding of client business and needs, build sustainable relationships, manage general client expectations, and liaise with the client on all aspects of the study, from briefing to presentation on a project basis.

The skills & experience you'll need:

  • Academic degree, preferably in Marketing or Business Administration (or any other relevant field).

  • Strong communication skills with fluency in both English and Arabic.

  • A passion for marketing, research and consumer behaviour.

  • Knowledge of quantitative research methodologies and data analysis (e.g. SPSS).

  • A desire to drive the collective success of your team and to provide an exceptional client experience.

  • Excellent organisation skills, such as time management and multitasking.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
