Objetivo principal: Implementar planes y procesos de gestión de clientes y cuentas clave para retener y fortalecer las relaciones con los clientes.
Responsabilidades:
• Implementar planes y procesos de Gestión de Clientes y Cuentas Clave para retener y fortalecer las relaciones con los clientes.
• Implementar y ejecutar un servicio al cliente de alta calidad y resolución de problemas para retener a los clientes actuales.
• Implementar y ejecutar actividades de participación del cliente, incluida la identificación de los requisitos comerciales del cliente y la preparación de propuestas y cotizaciones.
• Contribuir al desarrollo y administración de todos los procesos relacionados con los programas y políticas de Cuentas Clave y Gestión de Clientes para retener y ampliar las relaciones actuales con los clientes.
• Colaborar en actividades de gestión de relaciones específicas de la industria y permitir la orquestación de roles de cara al cliente.
Licenciatura Terminada en una carrera a fin.
Inglés Intermedio (Deseable, no excluyente).
Manejo de excel.
: 3 a 5 años en posiciones similares con experiencia en visita médica.
Experiencia en especialidad de dermatología (deseable).
