As a Reliability Specialist, you will play a key role in creating a safer, more reliable, and higher-performing manufacturing environment. By turning insights from failures and predictive maintenance into meaningful improvements, you will help prevent recurring issues and support sustainable plant performance. Your expertise will influence how we learn from challenges, optimize our assets, and strengthen a proactive reliability culture across the site.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and coordinate reliability improvement initiatives to eliminate recurring failures and enhance asset performance.
  • Facilitate and manage Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) investigations, ensuring effective corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive reliability actions that support plant safety, productivity, and operational targets.
  • Analyze predictive maintenance and condition monitoring reports, translating findings into clear action plans.
  • Support plant optimization efforts by identifying opportunities to improve equipment reliability and maintenance effectiveness.
  • Participate in the response to major equipment failures, leading investigations when appropriate and ensuring timely communication, updates, and follow-up actions.
  • Drive planning and execution of reliability-focused maintenance and post-service improvement activities within your area of responsibility.

What We’re Looking For

  • A degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related technical field, combined with at least 5 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance and/or engineering.
  • Experience working in Continuous Improvement, Zero Loss, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Lean, or similar operational excellence environments.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing equipment, maintenance systems, reliability methodologies, and asset performance improvement practices.
  • Experience in maintenance planning and scheduling, project execution, capital planning, and the use of computerized maintenance and engineering systems.
  • A collaborative mindset with a strong customer focus and the ability to build effective partnerships across functions and stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of safety standards and project management principles, coupled with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership and coaching capabilities, confidence in decision-making, and excellent communication skills in English; additional European languages are considered an advantage.
