Job Description
As a Relationship Manager II with Frost, you will be responsible for customers' total relationship with the bank. Responsibilities will include selling all bank products and servicing the customers' needs; calling on prospects that are potentially profitable to the bank; growing existing relationships while rendering excellent customer service; maintaining the best interest of the bank and customers in all matters; reaching and maintaining portfolio size within a specified time frame; identifying customers' financial needs; delivering the appropriate Frost products and services; and developing an efficient working relationship with Concurrence and the Small Business Loan Center for loan requests. The candidate will closely monitor the assigned loan portfolio for any deterioration in repayment ability.
Required:
- Ability to communicate with all levels of personnel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft computer applications
- 3+ years lending experience at Frost Bank or 3+ years lending experience at another institution
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree
- 6 hours in Accounting
