Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth within the industrial services sector, specifically focusing on OEM customers.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key OEM customers, understanding their needs, and providing customized service solutions to enhance their business operations.
New Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region by researching market trends, attending industry events, and networking with potential customers.
Technical Support:
- Collaborate with the technical and engineering teams to provide OEM customers with expert advice and solutions that align with their requirements and industry standards.
Account Management:
- Oversee the entire sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and post-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Monitor sales performance, prepare regular reports, and provide insights to senior management on market trends, customer feedback, and potential areas for growth.
Travel:
- Travel approximately 30% of the time within the assigned region to meet with customers, attend industry events, and support sales initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of sales experience in the industrial services industry, with a focus on OEM customers.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong technical knowledge of industrial services and products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel approximately 30% of the time.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
