Position Summary
To lead and drive the regional sales strategy for Samsung’s Consumer Electronics division, ensuring consistent achievement of revenue, market share, and profitability targets. The role focuses on building a high-performing sales culture, strengthening dealers and channel partnerships, executing go-to-market strategies, and delivering flawless operational excellence across assigned territories.Role and Responsibilities
Sales & Business Management
- Achieve regional sales, revenue, and profit targets in line with business objectives.
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to maximize market share across retail, distributor, and modern trade channels.
- Drive sell-in and sell-out performance through effective demand planning, channel execution, and retail activation.
- Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts, distributors, and partners to ensure alignment on growth strategies.
- Analyze sales performance, market trends, competitor intelligence, and recommend actions to capture opportunities.
- Optimize trade investment and operating expenses to maximize ROI.
Channel & Customer Management
- Strengthen relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts to ensure availability, visibility, and sell-through of Samsung products.
- Negotiate and manage trade terms, joint business plans, and promotional activities with partners.
- Ensure effective execution of sales campaigns at the regional and retail levels.
People Leadership & Talent Development
- Hire, lead, coach, and motivate the Branch Head, Sales Manager, SCM, and Sales Admin to deliver high performance.
- Build sales capability through training, on-the-job coaching, and performance reviews.
- Foster a culture of accountability, agility, and innovation aligned with Samsung’s values.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Retail Marketing, Business Support, and Management Support to ensure seamless execution of business plans.
- Provide market feedback and insights to support product launches, pricing strategy, and promotional planning.
- Ensure flawless collaboration with the nationwide sales organization to share best practices and drive synergies.
Operational & Compliance Excellence
- Ensure timely reporting of sales forecasts, business reviews, and key account performance.
- Comply with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Uphold Samsung’s reputation as a trusted, innovative consumer electronics leader in the market.

Skills and Qualifications
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum 8–10 years’ experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a managerial role in consumer electronics, FMCG, or related industries.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and profit targets through effective regional and channel management.
- Strong dealer /key account management and negotiation experience.
- Solid understanding of P&L drivers, trade investment, and market dynamics.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop teams.
- Analytical, data-driven, and comfortable with digital sales tools and reporting systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Agile, adaptable, and resilient in a fast-moving, highly competitive environment.
- Passion for innovation, technology, and customer-centricity.
