In this position, you'll be responsible for managing and analyzing HR metrics for Latin America, creating insightful monthly reports and dashboards that will drive business decisions to effectively achieve this mission. Also you will be responsible for supporting local HR teams across Latin America in some HR tools management, best practices and processes.

While analytics will be your primary focus, you’ll also take on HR generalist responsibilities, so the successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow and develop across data, internal communication, recruiting, training and development and other HR key topics.

Job Description

DATA ANALYTICS LEAD

  • Responsible to guarantee HR Analytic Dashboards (Global and Local) including data quality and trainings to the HR team.
  • Support on demand reports from the local teams and proactively suggest any new reports or enhancement to current ones.
  • Key user of HR tools such as Smartrecruiters, BI and Anaplan among others, being the main support for the local HR teams across Latam ensuring correct use and data quality
  • Update the monthly and quarterly HR KPIs & reports, providing key business insights based on data analysis.
  • Support business planning cycles by validating information within tools, standardizing comments, and organizing reports to ensure accurate information.

11 PLAYERS

  • Manage the recruitment process for analysts and specialists within the Latam HQ team.
  • Review and assess the candidates.
  • Provide timely feedback to hiring managers on candidate profiles.
  • Own the candidate experience along the whole process.

PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT

  • Support the logistics to deliver any Global trainings at Latam level.
  • Support the coordination of HR Regional meetings.
  • Manage the second language policy for the Latam HQ team.
  • Create and roll up the Development Latam Week for the Graduate Program (trainees).

TEAM SPIRIT & STABILITY

  • Responsible for the internal communication impacting the HR Latam comunity and the Latam HQ team.
  • Set up and manage the Engagement Survey (My Experience).
  • Support the creation of HR presentation materials.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree.

Mandatory English required (written and spoken) and nice to have Portuguese and Spanish.

Previous experience with Data analitycs role.

HR Systems Knowledge (SAP, SAC Analytics, BI).

Attention to detail and accuracy. 

Excellent organizational skills including ability to meet short deadlines. 

Ability to focus on many tasks and requests. 

Build effective relationships across the business with managers and employees. 

Ability to use judgment, initiative, and common sense to solve problems and find solutions. 

Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information in a discreet and professional manner.
