Regional HR Advisor (9-Month Fixed Term – Maternity Cover)

Location: Limerick (Hybrid – minimum 2 days per week in the office)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm (flexible working applications welcomed)

About the Role

We’re looking for a confident and proactive Regional HR Advisor to join our Northern European HR Team on a 9-month maternity cover contract, supporting our UK & Ireland operations.

This is a varied role where you’ll partner with business leaders and managers to deliver a professional, people-focused HR service. You’ll play a key role in employee relations, manager capability development, and employee engagement initiatives across a multi-site organisation.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Act as a trusted HR partner to managers, providing expert advice and hands-on support across the full spectrum of employee relations matters; including disciplinary, grievance, performance, and absence management.

  • Deliver and support People Manager workshops to help build leadership capability and confidence in managing people effectively.

  • Collaborate closely with leadership teams to influence and embed positive people practices aligned with our culture and values.

  • Contribute to and support employee engagement initiatives, with a focus on creating a positive, inclusive workplace where colleagues can thrive.

  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity in Workday, supporting reporting and insights to inform people decisions.

  • Partner with the wider Northern Europe HR Team to share best practices, support cross-country projects, and contribute to continuous improvement.

About You

You’ll be a self-motivated and organised HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll bring strong HR generalist experience and enjoy building relationships across all levels of the business.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience managing complex employee relations cases.

  • Strong communication, coaching and facilitation skills.

  • A working knowledge of Irish Employment Law (UK Employment Law familiarity desirable).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel); experience with Workday is highly advantageous.

  • Ability to work collaboratively across sites and travel occasionally as required.
