Regional HR Advisor (9-Month Fixed Term – Maternity Cover)
Location: Limerick (Hybrid – minimum 2 days per week in the office)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm (flexible working applications welcomed)
About the Role
We’re looking for a confident and proactive Regional HR Advisor to join our Northern European HR Team on a 9-month maternity cover contract, supporting our UK & Ireland operations.
This is a varied role where you’ll partner with business leaders and managers to deliver a professional, people-focused HR service. You’ll play a key role in employee relations, manager capability development, and employee engagement initiatives across a multi-site organisation.
What You’ll Be Doing
Act as a trusted HR partner to managers, providing expert advice and hands-on support across the full spectrum of employee relations matters; including disciplinary, grievance, performance, and absence management.
Deliver and support People Manager workshops to help build leadership capability and confidence in managing people effectively.
Collaborate closely with leadership teams to influence and embed positive people practices aligned with our culture and values.
Contribute to and support employee engagement initiatives, with a focus on creating a positive, inclusive workplace where colleagues can thrive.
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity in Workday, supporting reporting and insights to inform people decisions.
Partner with the wider Northern Europe HR Team to share best practices, support cross-country projects, and contribute to continuous improvement.
About You
You’ll be a self-motivated and organised HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll bring strong HR generalist experience and enjoy building relationships across all levels of the business.
Key Skills & Experience:
Proven experience managing complex employee relations cases.
Strong communication, coaching and facilitation skills.
A working knowledge of Irish Employment Law (UK Employment Law familiarity desirable).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel); experience with Workday is highly advantageous.
Ability to work collaboratively across sites and travel occasionally as required.
