Develop and execute Field Soles Business Field for the assigned territory.

+ Manage the Field Sales Team. Direct 5/6 indirect 35/50. 

+ Ensure the achievement of define KP targets: fore coverage, distribution, additional sort placements, cashier coolers, (KPI's PS and WvsC, Sales…)

+ Promotional execution ~ ensure desired promotions are in place and running.

Store Universe Coverage:

+ Define the relevant universe thot should be covered by the Field Soles Team

+ Develop the store universe rough active selling the implementation of the Perfect Store Concept and the rotating coverage model To WvsC.

Field Tools & Data Management:

+ Ensure the Field Sales Team have all relevant information to perform their function.

+ Ensure that all relevant Field Soles Tools are being correctly used and collate feedback on all gaps the current tools do not fill.

+ Ensure correct input of audit data by the team and use oud reports to help develop the Field Team where necessary.


Team Management

+ Ensure the Field Team understand their individual job roles and ore carrying them out in line with agreed working processes.

Constantly measure and review the team's performance against KPI targets for the territory by providing regular and constructive feedback and effectively manage poor performance.

+ Overal, Field Soles budget allocation and tracking


Coaching and Development:

+ Translate Red Bull Values and Culture to the team.

+ Train and develop the team so that each foam member's contribution and potential is maximised through the global Feld Sales Training Curriculum.

+ Regularly coach the team in field with joint store visits:

+ Ensure the team follow the regular check in intervals in Amplify (mid-year, end of years,

compensation planning)


Relationship Building:

+ Establish and maintain a dynamic and inclusive team environment that encourages positive attitude, loom interaction and creativity.

+ Interface with other departments within the company, acting as the communication point for the Field Sales Team within the defined territory.

+ Foster strong inter department relationships by working in an internally wired way.


>5 years’ experience in FMCG sector.

Valid driving license.

Leadership, motivation, and foam skills.

Clear understanding of the markers sales & distribution, competitor activity as well as consumer behaviour in FMCG context!

A commitment to people management and development with a proven ability to build and

develop talent.

Strong analytical ability and commercial acumen to understand financial statements and market trends.

Excellent Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point…) skills.

Very high negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Management reporting and budget control.

Strong presentation skills.

Requisitos

>5 years’ experience in FMCG sector.

Valid driving license.
