Job Summary**
The Regional Business Manager will drive sales growth and market share for Ferring India Pvt. Ltd, within a designated region. This role involves leading a high-performing sales team, developing and executing strategic initiatives, and fostering strong customer relationships to optimize business outcomes in the pharmaceutical sector.
Job Responsibilities**
* Lead, mentor, and develop a regional sales team, inspiring direction and purpose to achieve sales targets.
* Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and tactical plans to maximize regional sales performance.
* Conduct in-depth customer analysis to identify opportunities and challenges, tailoring sales approaches accordingly.
* Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships through effective Customer Relationship Management and Customer Success Management practices.
* Drive Digital Sales initiatives and leverage Multi-Channel Marketing strategies to expand market reach and engagement.
* Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and customer feedback through robust Market Intelligence to inform strategic decisions.
* Manage Reform and Change initiatives within the region to adapt to evolving market dynamics and company objectives.
* Optimize Business Outcomes by continuously analyzing performance data and implementing improvements in Sales Optimization.
* Ensure all Pharmaceutical Sales activities comply with industry regulations and ethical guidelines.
* Actively participate in selling activities, leading by example and supporting team members in complex sales situations.
Job Qualifications**
* Proven experience in Pharmaceutical Sales and Sales Strategy development.
* Demonstrated ability to Inspire Direction and Purpose within a sales team.
* Strong track record in Customer Analysis, Customer Relationship Management, and Customer Success Management.
* Experience in Digital Sales and Multi-Channel Marketing.
* Adept at Market Intelligence and its application to business growth.
* Proven capability to Manage and Develop People and Optimize Business Outcomes.
* Experience in leading and adapting to change through effective Manage Reform and Change strategies.
* Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred.
