About the Role
Following our rapid growth and expansion into new markets, we're seeking a driven and experienced Recruiter to join our HR team in Dubai. You'll manage full-cycle recruitment across our Commercial and Business functions, delivering a great candidate experience while connecting us with the talent that will help us scale.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment; from sourcing and screening to interviewing and closing candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define job requirements, and align on recruitment strategies
- Proactively source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and talent pools
- Screen resumes, conduct phone/video interviews, and assess candidate fit for both role and culture
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams
- Ensure a smooth and positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (BambooHR)
- Provide regular updates and insights to hiring managers and Head of HR
- Contribute to employer branding efforts and recruitment marketing initiatives
- Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes and candidate experience
Requirements
- 4+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in UAE, KSA, or German markets (good understanding of local market trends and hiring practices is ideal)
- Strong sourcing skills with the ability to engage passive candidates
- Proficiency in recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.)
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques to identify top talent
- Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System to manage candidate applications and communication
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple open roles and priorities with minimal supervision
- Proactive, results-oriented, and team-minded approach
Nice-to-have
- Bi-lingual or Multilingual (German language skills is highly advantageous)
- Startup/scale-up hiring experience, preferably in an international environment
- Bonus points if you have experience hiring roles within the business travel sector (specifically in Sales), with a network of candidates in this industry
