Essential Functions
- Greets and directs visitors in office.
- Operates multi-line telephone system to answer incoming calls and directs callers to appropriate personnel
- Monitors visitor access and issues passes when required, may update appointment calendars
- May order, receive and maintain office supplies and equipment

Execute and notarize documents.
Must be professional in the presentation of loan documents, such as the note, settlement statement and Deed of Trust and remain confidential and professional. Provide information explaining executed documents.
Perform a range of clerical duties as required. This may include data entry, proofreading, posting records, searching and investigating.
Knowledge and Skills/Technology Used
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees
- Responds promptly to customer needs; responds to requests for service and assistance; meets commitments

Pay Range: $20.31 - $27.09 Hourly
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
