Are you a talented multitasker looking for a new challenge? Are you always ready to step in and help out a colleague in need? Become our new Reception & Office Assistant and help keep our team and office running smoothly. Our office is at Invalidovna - Prague 8. This role is limited time contract - cover for maternity leave - 3 years in maximum.

Your Challenge

  • Handle our reception operations (welcome visitors, answer phone calls, sort incoming and outgoing mail, manage the cash box together with Finance, etc.)
  • Manage our office spaces (communicate with the cleaning company and maintenance, order office supplies and refreshments, book meeting rooms, etc.)
  • Prioritize and help with our colleagues’ requests and needs
  • Manage employee benefits (Multisport cards, Flexipasses, language courses, etc.)
  • Communicate with O2 and help employees transfer their phone numbers to the company account
  • Take care of company vehicles (scooters, bikes, longboards etc.)
  • Manage the company library, buy new books, and oversee the renting app
  • Cooperate with the marketing team on internal and client events (help with organization, distributing gifts and company merch, etc.)
  • Assist with ticket booking for our employees’ trainings and conferences
  • Help onboard new Ataccamers, both on-site and remotely (send welcome packages, arrange laptops, etc.)

Is This You?

  • You’re a fluent Czech (or Slovak) speaker
  • You enjoy communicating in English - you’re not afraid to speak
  • You can handle communication with our colleagues from all over the world
  • You’re not afraid of making calls in both English and Czech. If something doesn't go smoothly, you’re able to make a call and solve it
  • You’re experienced in MS Office and G Suite (you know your way around spreadsheets, formatting, etc.)
  • You are a neat person who can keep the reception area tidy
  • You can work and focus in a noisy environment (there is always something going on at the reception 😁)
  • You are ready to work full time, on site
