About the Role:
We’re looking for a hands-on, curious Software Development Engineer in Test who’s excited about building scalable automation and high-quality software from day one.
In this role, you’ll go beyond writing tests—you’ll help shape how quality is engineered across the entire Software Development Life Cycle. You’ll work side-by-side with developers, product managers, and DevOps to embed reliability into every release and make delivery faster, safer, and smarter.

Build automation that matters
Design and develop robust, maintainable test frameworks across UI, API, and integration layersShift quality left
Embed automated tests into CI/CD pipelines so quality is continuous, not an afterthoughtCreate reliable environments
Support deterministic test data strategies and ensure systems are observable and ready for testing at scaleUse data to improve quality
Track key metrics (e.g., critical path coverage, defect escape rate) and drive continuous improvementRaise engineering standards
Review automation code, promote best practices, and help teams design testable architecturesOwn issues end-to-end
Investigate failures, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term preventive solutionsKeep knowledge accessible
Maintain clear, living documentation—test strategies, frameworks, and playbooksInnovate with AI
Experiment with AI-driven testing (test generation, anomaly detection, regression optimization)
Must have:
A self-driven, builder mindset—you like turning ideas into working automation
3+ years in test automation or software engineering, with strong coding involvement
Solid programming skills in C# (or a similar modern language)
Automation frameworks (Playwright, Selenium, Selenoid, or similar)
Engineering tools (Docker, Jenkins, Git, Jira/XRay)
Working across Windows & Linux environments
Understand testing fundamentals and Agile development
Ability to document systems, tests, and processes in a way that supports team collaboration and scalability
Enjoy working in collaborative, international teams
Nice to have:
Experience with AI in testing (e.g., GitHub Copilot, MCP concepts)
API testing knowledge (Postman, REST, Swagger, JMeter)
Exposure to performance testing
Familiarity with Elastic Stack or messaging systems (RabbitMQ)
Experience with hardware simulation or end-to-end systems

Pay Transparency Statement
The monthly base salary range for this position starts from 10,900.00 PLN gross.
Actual compensation will depend on factors such as qualifications, skills, competencies, geographic location, and relevant experience. Certain roles may include additional components beyond base salary, such as incentive opportunities or other forms of variable compensation. Details of any such components will be discussed during the interview process and will be governed by the applicable plan documents.

Skills Required
- 3+ years in test automation or software engineering with a strong automation focus
- Knowledge of a modern programming language (C#)
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Jenkins, Git, JIRA/X-Ray
- Hands-on experience with Selenium/Selenoid or comparable Test Automation Framework
- Detailed understanding of software testing principles and Agile development process
- Ability to write technical documentation
- Good English communication skills
