For our Primary Market Research team based in Athens, responsible for conducting market research projects for Pharma Companies, we are looking for a Quantitative Researcher.
The candidate will support Senior Consultants for the following activities:
- Definition of research design and methodology, target selection and sampling plan
- Questionnaire design
- Analysis plan definition and implementation
- Understanding of results and identification of key insights
- End-to-end project management, including client briefings, proposal writing, questionnaire design, fieldwork monitoring, data analysis, delivery to the client, and oral presentations
Requirements:
- Master degree or equivalent preferably in Economics, Marketing, Market research, Social or Statistical Sciences
- At least 3 years-experience in market research companies or similar. Previous experience in quantitative market research in the healthcare/pharma area will be considered a plus
- Fluent in English and Greek: spoken and written
- Excellent knowledge and ownership of Office suite with specific reference to Excel and Power Point
- Knowledge of analytical tools (Python, R, Matlab, etc.) will be considered a plus
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to manage quantitative databases
- Demonstrates, critical thinking and excellent skills in data analysis and synthesis
- Skilled in both oral and written communication; strong ability in organization and teamwork; client focus.
