As the Vice President Quant Analytics Lead on the Voice Product Analytics team within Consumer and Community Banking Data & Analytics, you utilize data-promoten insights to enhance customer experience and decrease operating costs. You work collaboratively across various teams, provide mentorship to colleagues, and deliver clear, actionable recommendations that contribute to business success.
Job responsibilities
- Lead analysis of IVR and NLU performance metrics and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities
- Design and execute A/B tests, pilot programs, and performance analyses to inform strategy
- Govern data generation, definition, and retention in partnership with data owners
- Manage and prioritize analytics initiatives while contributing to customer experience improvements
- Prepare and deliver presentations with clear insights for executives and business partners
- Write and maintain code in Alteryx, SQL, Tableau, and Python
- Build understanding of business drivers and data with product groups
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, Economics, or Finance
- Ten years of experience applying statistical methods to real-world problems using SQL and at least one of Alteryx, Python, or Tableau
- Experience with data visualization for analysis and presentation
- Strong mathematical and statistical skills using Alteryx, Python, SQL, and Tableau
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively to solve business problems with attention to detail
- Robust analytical skills to collect, organize, analyze, and present large amounts of information accurately
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize data into actionable insights for executive leadership
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience with cloud services such as Azure or AWS
- Experience in financial services or similar industries
- Strong grasp of big data disciplines, AWS, Agile methodologies, and new technologies
- Prior experience in an insights function at a financial services or consulting firm
