The Quant Analyst is part of the Quant Research team whose role is to conduct research on Market Microstructure in order to help market participants better trade in our orderbooks and analyse the differences between our Primary Markets compared to other competing venues. Our team also conducts research on new market design features to improve our markets.
Key accountabilities
• Understand complex market data modelling and contribute to building robust analytical framework.
• Builds systems and processes to transform raw data into actionable business insights and intellectual property
• Monitor liquidity and market share per product segment and per client through the production and regular enhancement of key indicators (volume, taker rate, spread…).
• Produce accurate and commercially robust reports for relevant business units.
• Use data insights and high quality statistical reporting, contribute to promoting Euronext for execution quality and superior trading functionalities.
• Ensure daily operational efficiency within Quant Research team by identifying areas for automation, especially, in existing data mining process within Euronext.
