Accept/reject warranty claims in line with the standard, including:
Inspection and validation of accepted returns/stock cleanse.
Administration of all accepted returns.
Liaising directly with the customer when required.
Work with the quality department to ensure smooth transition for return to supplier products, also providing technical support if required.
Process all standard warranty claims in line with current service offer
Inspection and validation of rejected returns.
Return product to the customer with completed rejection letter with detailed explanation.
Provide Physical and inventory control of all warranty units
Movement of stock via business management software system SAP
Liaising with Operations and Quality with physical stock placement.
Gain knowledge, understanding and application of the culture and standards respected
Assist in internal training sessions for other areas of the business
Uphold quality and safety standards
