YOUR ROLE

As a Quality System Coordinator/Engineer on our team, you’ll:

• Planning, monitoring the quality and correctness of quality actions to meet customer requirements and comply with EOS.

• Training subordinates to provide quality support for design and production engineering to ensure timely delivery of the product and its proper quality.

• Monitoring and maintaining the Quality Control System throughout the production area.

• Evaluating the effectiveness of quality procedures, identifying problems and opportunities for improvement, proposing corrective and preventive actions aimed at further optimization.

• Understanding the requirements of suppliers and clients, providing information and explanations, proposing preventive measures and actions.

• Perform annual internal enterprise operating system and VDA audits

• Coordination and planning of external certification audits.

YOUR BACKGROUND

Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:

• VDA 6.3 auditor

• IATF 16949 auditor

• 3+ years in Quality Management system position

• Familiar with process mapping, turtle diagrams, document control

• Fluent in English

• Open-minded, proactive and communicative

• Systematic and punctual.
