Responsibilities:-
Inspecting and measuring parts, assemblies, and systems using existing optical and tactile measuring devices.
Preparing and evaluating measurement data and creating meaningful initial sample inspection reports.
Creating quality assurance (QA) test plans, QA test instructions, and QA test process plans, as well as production specifications for series release.
Analyzing and evaluating technical drawings and implementing appropriate tests.
Conducting process capability studies.
Conducting, evaluating, and documenting process analyses and improvements, and initiating measures.
Conducting Measurement System Analysis (MSA) of existing measuring equipment according to customer specifications.
Conducting sampling according to VDA Volume 2 and PPAP.
Supporting measures to prevent errors with the aim of continuous quality improvement.
Technical vocational training and several years of professional experience, ideally with a focus on quality management.
Experience and knowledge in dealing with current quality standards and systems, e.g., IATF16949, APQP, VDA.
Experience in handling measuring equipment (scales, QS-Stat, 3D measuring machines).
Knowledge in LSR and THPL processing as well as in sampling processes according to PPAP, VDA.
Experience with problem-solving methods (Ishikawa, 5Why) is desirable.
Teamwork and assertiveness, as well as an analytical approach.
Good English skills and very good IT skills (MS Office tools, SAP R/3).
