Quality Control Manager
Are you looking for an opportunity to manage, lead, and implement long-to-midterm quality management plans for laboratories to ensure the delivery of compliant products to customers? If so, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic and operational plans for the department.
- Ensure the site’s Quality Control unit (raw materials, finished products, and microbiological testing) complies with regulatory requirements, company standards, and Site Operating Procedures.
- Establish measurable improvement processes and metrics to add value for internal and external customers.
- Lead complex lab investigations, including Out of Specification and Out of Trend.
- Collaborate with regulators and internal auditors.
- Foster and drive Continuous Improvement aligned with business and site objectives, optimizing the development and learning within the analytical team.
- Manage departmental budget controls (headcounts, expenses, capital) and HR policies.
- Act as a delegate/designee in the absence of the Site Quality Director.

Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in science or a relevant field.
- At least 5 years of management leadership experience in Quality Control.
- Strong knowledge of cGMP, FDA, and other regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to use data for tactical and strategic decision-making.
- Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills (English, Slovak).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- A strong team player who fosters collaboration and promotes company values.
- Digital IT skills – forward-thinking mindset and ability to leverage modern IT technologies.
