Responsibilities:Review manufacturing documentation and analysis results of raw materials and products
Release or block materials and products according to applicable specifications, following consultation
Prepare test certificates and other quality documents
Manage, archive, and properly file documents, records, and retention samples
Prepare shipments from the Quality Assurance department (e.g., accompanying documentation)
Assist in handling deviations in collaboration with other departments
Contribute to the collection and evaluation of quality metrics (e.g., QRK)
Participate in the creation and revision of work instructions (SOPs)
Completed vocational training, e.g., as a chemical laboratory technician, CTA, office management clerk, or a comparable qualification
Interest in quality-related processes and accuracy in documentation
Initial professional experience in quality assurance or a regulated environment, e.g., in a laboratory
Structured and conscientious work style with enjoyment of responsible routine tasks
Basic knowledge of working with IT systems, databases, and common office applications
Strong team spirit, sense of responsibility, and commitment to the quality of components and products
Excellent German language skills and basic English skills, both written and spoken
