Job Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, understanding their financial goals, risk appetite, and investment objectives.
* Provide tailored financial advice and solutions across a range of products including investments, insurance, lending, and wealth planning, leveraging UOB's extensive product offerings.
* Actively prospect and acquire new high-net-worth clients to expand the existing client base and contribute to the growth of the PVB segment.
* Conduct regular reviews of client portfolios, market trends, and economic conditions to ensure client portfolios remain aligned with their objectives.
* Collaborate with internal specialists (e.g., investment specialists, product teams, credit officers) to deliver integrated and holistic financial solutions.
* Ensure all client interactions and transactions comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.
* Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns promptly and effectively.
* Achieve individual and team sales targets for revenue generation and client acquisition.
* Stay updated on industry developments, financial products, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

Job Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CFP) is a strong advantage.
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or a similar client-facing role serving high-net-worth individuals.
* Proven track record of success in client acquisition, relationship management, and achieving sales targets.
* In-depth knowledge of financial markets, investment products (e.g., equities, bonds, mutual funds, structured products), insurance, and wealth planning strategies.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with sophisticated clients.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess client needs and develop appropriate financial solutions.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
* Proficiency in English and Thai (both written and spoken) is essential.
