Digital Turbine is seeking a high-performing and driven Publisher Account Manager to join our EMEA Team in Tel Aviv. This strategic role focuses on cultivating and expanding relationships with key mobile app publishers across the Russian-speaking markets, leveraging Digital Turbine’s comprehensive suite of monetisation products, including DT Exchange, Offer Wall, and FairBid Mediation. The ideal candidate will be passionate about revenue growth, relationship building, and thriving in a fast-paced ad-tech environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Relationship & Growth Ownership: Serve as the primary point of contact and relationship owner for a strategic portfolio of EMEA mobile app publishers (both Western and Eastern European). Drive performance growth, retention, and manage the complete client lifecycle from onboarding and integration through troubleshooting and ongoing optimisation.
Strategic Consultation: Provide expert strategic guidance and daily support to ensure publishers maximise their success and revenue potential with Digital Turbine.
Proactive Opportunity Identification: Analyse account data to identify growth opportunities, deliver clear, actionable performance insights to internal and external stakeholders, and lead upsell initiatives for new Digital Turbine products and integrations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with internal teams (Sales, Engineers, Product, Legal, Finance) to manage account setup, optimisation, QA, invoicing, and to swiftly resolve technical and business challenges, keeping clients informed throughout.
Industry Expertise: Share knowledge, trends, and case studies with the wider organisation to foster best practices and ensure continuous improvement.
Skills and Qualifications:
Language Proficiency: Bi-lingual fluency (written and spoken) in both English and Russian is required.
Experience: Desirable 2+ years of experience in the ad tech industry, specifically in account management, client services, or customer success.
Ad Tech Knowledge: Hands-on working knowledge of the mobile ad tech ecosystem, including RTB, programmatic, ad exchanges, DSPs, and mediation platforms.
Industry Focus: A working understanding of the mobile app industry, particularly the utility and gaming verticals.
Business Acumen: A strong drive for identifying growth opportunities and success in selling ad tech solutions to diverse clients.
Analytical & Technical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive, solution-oriented approach. Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Excel.
Communication & Presentation: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical or data-driven information for clients. Skilled in developing and delivering impactful presentations to senior-level clients and internal stakeholders.
Work Style: Self-motivated, highly organised, goal-driven, and comfortable managing multiple accounts and tasks in a dynamic, fast-moving environment with a collaborative spirit.
