Intern in Invoice to Pay

This is a hybrid role. Upon agreement between you and your supervisor, you are entitled to a flexible arrangement where you will be able to split your time between working from the office and working remotely.

Your responsibilities:

• Handle and verify purchase invoices, credit notes, and advance payments

• Keep supplier data accurate and up to date in our systems

• Work closely with suppliers to confirm account balances, clarify payments, and resolve inquiries

• Support daily accounting and administrative processes

• Contribute to SSC projects and continuous process improvements

• Take ownership of accounting tasks within your assigned area

• Collaborate with your manager and team on additional tasks as needed

Our requirements:

• Confident English skills in a business environment (B2 or higher) – so you can communicate effectively with colleagues and suppliers

• A background in Economics, Finance, or Accounting is a plus – we love candidates eager to apply their knowledge and grow with us

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy – essential for day-to-day accounting tasks

• Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of tasks and projects
