What you’ll do
This role will give you the opportunity to lead key activities that accelerate your development and contribute to the success of the People Services team. Core responsibilities include:
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient and timely delivery of people services.
Partner with the operations team to support the end-to-end employee lifecycle (onboarding, changes, offboarding and related processes).
Assist in identifying and resolving operational challenges and implementing practical solutions.
Maintain accurate documentation, ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Support and contribute to projects and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and support business goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (Desirable)
Knowledge of ServiceNow and Workday. (Desirable)
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic workplace.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
