The Opportunity
The primary responsibility of the Sr. Project Manager (Sr. PM) is to lead our large-scale and enterprise customers through wildly successful Adobe Workfront implementations demonstrating excellence in planning while meeting timelines, adhering to the scope of work, and meeting budget requirements. The Sr. Project Manager is a customer-facing role that drives delivery of implementations, manages, creates, coordinates, and prioritizes projects and tasks, leads timelines, maintains project plans, and communicates status to implementation team members, senior management, and customers as needed.
What You'll Do
Responsibilities:
  • Own delivery of Workfront's large-scale and enterprise paid services engagements.
  • Lead initial customer interactions and act as the point of contact throughout the implementation.

  • Run the planning and scheduling of multiple simultaneous customer implementation projects.
  • Partner closely with Workfront Program Managers on delivery of projects that fall within a larger, strategic program of customer work.
  • Ensure projects are implemented within contractual (SOW) obligations.
  • Lead scope, the impact of scope changes on timeline and project cost, customer organizational change, and project resources.
  • Maintain positive customer relations utilizing strong communication and customer leadership skills.

  • Provide customers with updated implementation status reports including; project timelines, benchmark metrics, communications documents, follow-up memo's, etc.
  • Work closely with Pre-Sales Solution Architects, Sales Executives, Customer Success Managers, and implementation Consultants and Delivery Managers to ensure appropriate follow-up of identified customer needs.
  • Assess customer objectives, maturity level, capabilities to assign the right team resources to deliver success within the project scope.
  • Identify, along with members of the consulting team, additional services which will add value to customers thus enhancing their experience with the Workfront work management software.
  • See opportunities to add value and reduce non-value added effort in Workfront's delivery model.

  • Participate in internal projects as needed.

What You Need to Succeed
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in a Project Management and/or Sr. Project Management role.
  • Experience leading enterprise-scale projects, or partnering with Program Mangers on delivery of multi-faceted engagements.

  • Ability to lead multiple customers and projects/tasks simultaneously.
  • Tried ability for detecting potential project risks and implementing appropriate solutions to mitigate impact on timeline, budget, or business operations.
  • Ability to assess/evaluate requirements against scope of project, own project plans, and carry out schedule.
  • Desire to actively lead customers.
  • Ability to maintain customer satisfaction through timely follow-up and thorough communication.

  • Ability to effectively handle customer expectations.
  • Ability to command a group of individuals in a room quickly and be assertive.
  • Strong internal communication skills including ability to work with all groups and levels of the organization (customer success, support, sales, marketing, product, operations, finance).
  • Must possess initiative to produce improvement initiatives both internally and with customers.
  • Experience using the Workfront platform in a Project Manager role is a plus.
