The Opportunity
The primary responsibility of the Project Coordinator is to work directly with our Project Management team and customers to facilitate successful Workfront implementations. The Project Coordinator is both an externally and internally facing resource who drives cohesion between Workfront customers and the Professional Services team, from the creation and prioritization of project plans and timelines to communication of progress, time tracking, issue management, and project administration.
What You'll Do
Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and scheduling of multiple, simultaneous customer implementation projects.
  • Provide updated implementation plans, including project schedules, planned hours, benchmark metrics, communications documents, meeting minutes, etc.
  • Support effective project forecasting through facilitation of accurate project hours planning.
  • Assist in Scope Management.
  • Partners with Project Managers, Consultants, Sales/Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, Partners, and other team members to ensure appropriate follow-up of identified customer needs.
  • Find opportunities to add value and gain efficiencies in Workfront's delivery model.


What You'll Need to Succeed
Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a Project Coordinator role, or experience supporting a Project Management organization.
  • Experience delivering customer facing services as a part of a Professional Services organization.
  • Ability to independently run multiple projects / tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to coordinate thoughts and ideas into impactful and executable initiatives.
  • Demonstration of professional verbal and written communication skills is required.
  • Ability to work with all groups and levels of the organization (customer success, support, sales, marketing, product, operations, finance).
  • Experience with project planning, meeting timelines, adhering to the scope of work, and understanding projects financial requirements and budget constraints.
  • Ability to maintain client satisfaction through timely follow-up and excellent communication.
  • Willingness to collaborate cross-functionally, change pace quickly, and meet project objectives.
  • Desire to proactively lead and be led in a positive and effective way.
