We are looking for an experienced Web Operations Specialist or Project Manager to help us support our businesses globally and enhance the customer experience, by delivering a variety of digital and marketing projects ranging simple tactics to complex multi-month initiatives in a highly matrixed organization.

The primary responsibilities of the Web Operations Specialist include facilitating collaboration and execution with stakeholders and key partners across TR, scoping and ensuring the on-time delivery of a variety of digital and marketing projects, and monitoring and regularly reporting on projects.

The Web Operations Specialist must have the ability to lead meetings in a professional manner, set expectations, push back or renegotiate terms and timelines while encouraging a positive, respectful, team-oriented environment. The Web Operations Specialist works with significant autonomy and independence and is expected to stay current with B2B marcom best practices.

About the Role

In this role you will:

  • Design and deliver:
  • Supervises project progress including schedules and performance against the project plan, resolving issues that may impact successful project completion.
  • Conducts project meetings to ensure alignment across teams and ensures there are clear "next steps" recapped in meeting summaries to the team.
  • Develops project schedules and timelines that support the project goals.
  • Advocates for both client requirements and Digital Channels and Operations team.
  • Identifies and helps resolve challenges related to schedules, budgets, and project communication.
  • Ability to understand marketing metrics and make recommendations based on results.
  • Stakeholder management:
  • Owns the client relationship and works proactively to manage expectations and negotiate positive outcomes to ensure long-term business success.
  • Provides project leadership, work direction and feedback to the team assigned to the project.
  • Serves as primary contact on core, strategic clients.
  • Works efficiently and effectively in our online project management tool, ensuring that all components are entered and assignments are made.
  • Helps manage project trafficking, including routing reviews, and collecting feedback for writers and designers at internal and external agencies.
  • Collaborate:
  • Coordinates and communicates with external agencies and vendors as needed.
  • Supports quality and brand standards.
  • Assists with budgeting and expense tracking as needed.
  • Brings innovation and fresh ideas to our digital and marketing execution.
  • Helps identify and refine process efficiencies.

  • Digital and business segment marketing clients and stakeholders (up to directors)
  • Web Operations producers and specialists
  • Web Site Experience Managers and UX designers
  • Web Content Strategists and SEO Manager
  • Digital platform developers
  • Marketing Automation specialists
  • Vendors and Contractors



About You

You're a good fit for the role if you have:

Education & Experience

  • 4-6 years project coordination experience (or equivalent) critical
  • 2-4 years experience in digital and web marketing
  • Experience in Agile project management, especially as a scrum master preferred
  • Degree (2 or 4 year) in Marketing, Technology or related field
  • Experience with online project management systems, especially Workfront a plus



Knowledge and Skills

  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with onshore and offshore development teams.
  • Understand website production processes and how to communicate tasks and blockers.
  • Detail orientated, professionalism and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with excellent attention to detail and knowledge of project management tracking systems.
  • Ability to delegate tasks, coach people, and motivate a team, with a strong "can do" attitude
  • Deadline and detail oriented with demonstrated ability to deliver on commitments.
  • Problem solving skills for standard, tactical project management activities.
  • Applicant should be self-motivated, extremely organized and have strong inter-personal and communications skills with a focus on technology as a tool for productivity.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
